RiskVerge AI (Community Shield / K-AI) is not a substitute for emergency services. If anyone is in danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number).

2) Informational Use Only

Dashboards and alerts are for situational awareness—not legal, medical, or emergency advice. Validate critical items with official sources.

3) Accuracy & Timeliness

OSINT and partner feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

4) Cybersecurity & System Limits

We use layered security, but no system is 100% secure. Maintain strong credentials, MFA, and endpoint hygiene. Outages or provider failures may occur.

5) Third-Party Services & Carriers

Messaging relies on providers (SMS/email/maps). Delivery isn’t guaranteed; delays may occur. Msg & data rates may apply. For SMS: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

6) Location, Maps & Geofences

Boundaries/geofences are approximations and may be outdated. Don’t use as definitive for jurisdictional or safety decisions.

7) Availability & Beta

Features may be rate-limited, changed, or temporarily unavailable. Beta features may be unreliable and can change without notice.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiskVerge, LLC and affiliates aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid to RiskVerge in the prior 12 months.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RiskVerge, LLC harmless from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from misuse or violation of these terms or law.

Cookie Policy

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, improve performance, analyze usage, and remember preferences.

• Essential — core security, sessions, forms.
• Analytics — anonymized GA4/GTM events.
• Preferences — saves communication choices and CMP consent.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA) — Summary

Enterprise/EU/CCPA customers can request a signed DPA. Highlights:

• Processing only under documented client instructions.
• Sub-processors disclosed (e.g., SMS/email, hosting). Clients may object.
• Encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, audit logs.
• Breach notification within 72 hours of confirmation.
• Annual SOC2 report (when available) and reasonable audit rights.
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU/UK transfers where applicable.
